ELE 204 DIRECT CURRENT CIRCUITS

ELE 403 MOTOR CONTROLS

This 36-hour course covers advaanced motor controls, specific HVAC controls as well as heat tracing and freeze protection. It will explore the operation of DC starters, speed control of DC motor and DC dynamic braking. DC electronic speed drive operation, fundamentals of schematic and wiring diagrams, control components, ladder diagrams, and ladder logic. Also included are AC motor starters, operation of variable frequency drives and troubleshooting motor control circuits.
