TEAS Test Listing

Passing the Pre-Entrance Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) with a  total score of 48% (required Math 45%+ and English 45%+) or greater is required for all individuals who plan to apply to the EASTERN Practical Nursing Program.

TEAS Testing is completed remotely from your home with your personal computer with a camera or laptop with camera.  No goverment or school computers allowed.

INSTRUCTIONS for TEAS Test 

  1. TEAS test fee is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled
  2. Picture ID is required
  3. Email address is required
  4. Sign on 30 minutes prior to test. Test starts promptly at designated time.
  5. Late log on WILL BE denied testing.  Applicants will need to reschedule and pay an additional fee.
  6. You must create an account through ATI Testing before your test date.  Instructions will be included with your confirmation of your TEAS Test Registration.  YOU MUST PRINT INSTRUCTIONS!
  7. If this is not your first time taking the TEAS, you do not need to create another account.  You will need your ATI Username and Password before you sign on.
  8. You must complete your Dry Run two (2) days prior to testing  and forward to:  kbradley@eastech.org

Registration dates close TWO (2) WORK DAYS PRIOR to testing.

ELE 101 TECHNICAL MATHEMATICS I

This 36-hour course will demonstrate how electrical technicians use math on the job. From the fundamentals to advanced mathematical concepts, this class will present math principles in an electrical context so that participants understand their relevance. Math concepts will include the basic principles of arithmetic, notations, numbering systems, measurements, conversions, formulas, equations, percentages, ratios, graphs, trigonometry, vector and complex numbers. A calculator will not be provided but is highly recommended. Please note that smart phone/cell phone calculator apps will not be allowed for use on assessments.
